Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The house was built in the early 1900s and was originally the home of the station master. The line has gone and there are no trains to disturb your sleep, but the track bed remains for wildlife and walkers.

Old Stationhouse has a delightful garden, sunny terrace and a comfortable lounge with an open fire. Guests are warmly invited to enjoy them all.

There are six comfortable rooms, all ensuite, with crisply laundered white sheets and towels. We have refurbished the bathrooms for Rooms 1 and 6 and they are particularly sparkly right now.

All rooms come with the usual hospitality tray, TV, toiletries and so on, and each room also has a mini-fridge. A computer is available for guest use. There is free wireless internet access in the guest lounge.

Old Stationhouse is not licensed, but why not bring your own and enjoy a chilled glass in front of the fire before walking into Broadway for dinner? Alternatively, just use the fridge for the fresh milk we supply for tea and coffee.

If you're travelling with friends, the newly decorated lounge is a perfect place to get together and enjoy some homemade cake.

 

Broadway Attractions

 
The Old Stationhouse is an easy 10 minute stroll from the shops, pubs and restaurants in Broadway.

Broadway is one of the most beautiful villages in England. Not only is it a excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds, but offers easy access to Stratford on Avon and Cheltenham, both within 30 minutes drive. The Cotswold Way passes through the village and the entire area is perfect for walking and cycling (bike hire available).
