Yellow Room - Twin or double bed with sea view, ensuite facilities with shower, tea/coffee making facilities, Flatscreen TV with Freesat.

Blue Room - Family Room, twin or double bed, sleeping up to 2 adults & 2 children, ensuite with bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, Flatscreen TV with Freesat.

Grey Room - Double bedd with partial sea view, ensuite facilities with shower, tea/coffee making facilities, Flatscreen TV with Freesat.

House is Wi-Fi enabled.

 

Bognor Regis Attractions

 
Bognor Regis and Felpham enjoy more sunshine hours then anywhere on mainland Britain - all year round. It's ideal setting on the Sussex coast makes it a great base for exploring the local area.

The whole of the South Downs Area is a site of "outstanding natural beauty" and boasts a number of interesting places to visit including The Roman city of Chichester, also Arundel with its famous castle and cathedral and Felpham with its award winning beach.

There is a good putting green plus hard tennis courts just around the corner and you can also hire an attractive beach hut by the day or part day. Felpham is a good centre for windsurfing and all watersport activities.

From A29 (North) and A259 (West):
On reaching outskirts of Bognor,follow signs for A259 Littlehampton also Felpham. At roundabout for Butlins main entrance follow signs for Felpham. Take first turning on right (Sea Road) then second left for Clyde Road.

From A259 (East):
On reaching outskirts of Bognor follows signs for Felpham Village. Drive thru' village, past old Norman church on your right, past shops on your left and then past a garage VRV Motors on right. At the approaching acute right hand bend in the road, turn left into Sea Road then second left into Clyde Road.
