On the first floor we have one double bedroom ensuite, with a possible single bedroom linked to make a family suite. On the ground floor we have one twin bedroom with private facilities, with two single beds. All rooms have Colour TV, hair dryer, radio alarms, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Twin bedroom on the ground floor has easy access for the less able. Views of cottage style garden to front, and rear. The spacious bathroom/wc, adjacent to the twin bedroom, Jacuzzi bath and a large enclosed walk-in shower. Breakfast is served in the raised dining room or sun lounge. Guest TV lounge. Guests enjoy country walks, good local pubs and a central location for beaches and heritage sites. |

Directions from Arundel:
Drive to the roundabout West of Arundel on the A27 that bypasses the town (there is also a roundabout East of Arundel). Continue on A27 signposted to Chichester. It soon becomes dual carriageway. Continue for about 3 miles. At next roundabout continue for Chichester. Keep to nearside lane. At next roundabout at Little Chef, take the second exit A29,signposted Bognor. This is Fontwell Avenue; it runs alongside Fontwell racecourse. Travel ½ mile (past Wandleys Lane first on the left). Take second left into Eastergate Lane.(If you arrive at the Lion war memorial you have gone too far.) Eastmere House is approximately ½ mile on the left just past Eastmere Racing stables. There is a small gallows sign outside which is illuminated at night.
Directions from Bognor:
Take the A29 London road out of Bognor north for about 6 miles. Over the level crossing at Woodgate. Continue north, the road bears right past "The Island" restuarant, into Eastergate. Continue on the A29 bearing left (north) at the Lion war memorial island, up Fontwell avenue. Pass the first small turning on the right this is Colins Close, continue up the A29 a short distance. Take the next road on the right, this is Eastergate Lane. Eastmere House is aproxomately ½ mile on the left just past Eastmere Racing stables. There is a small gallows sign outside which is illuminated at night.
