Located in the heart of Chichester, “Old Orchard” Guest House - Bed & Breakfast is just a short walk away from the City centre. This unique and roomy house offers a contemporary feel – with all 3 en-suite bedrooms individually designed and well-equipped with LCD, freeview flat screen TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray with tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and bottled mineral water. The rooms have high quality comfortable beds, fine bed linen, feather pillows and duvets. The sparkling en-suite bathrooms have power showers, fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries.Off-street parking is available for two cars. The breakfast room and guest lounge is light and airy, set by a charming fireplace where you can enjoy a very special English breakfast, complete with home-made marmalade and local free-range eggs.

The picturesque City of Chichester offers a blend of cosmopolitan shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops along with the historic Cathedral and cultural Festival Theatre. “Old Orchard” Guest House - Bed & Breakfast is within walking distance to all. The surrounding area offers the South Downs, beaches, castles, cathedrals, country houses, gardens and estates in the most beautiful settings. There are world-class sporting and cultural events, such as Goodwood Horse Racing, The Festival of Speed and The Revival Classic Car events at Goodwood motor circuit.

From London, Portsmouth and the West:
Take the A3 South then the M27 eastwards until junction 12. Joining the A27 follow directions to Brighton. On the A27 approaching Chichester turn left at the Tesco roundabout. Take the second exit at each of 3 further roundabouts and head towards the City centre. Join the one-way system onto Market Avenue. Turn right into Stirling Road, then follow the road to the left which is Caledonian Road, this leads into Lyndhurst Road on the right. “Old Orchard” Guest House - Bed & Breakfast is on your left as you enter the road.

From Brighton and the East:
Take the A27 West to Chichester. On approaching the first main roundabout into Chichester (Portfield Retail Park) continue along the A27 for 2 more roundabouts. At the second roundabout take the third exit into Whyke Road. Continue along and over the level crossing, then take the first left into Cleveland Road. At the end turn right into Whyke Lane then immediately left into Lyndhurst Road. “Old Orchard” Guest House - Bed & Breakfast is at the far end on the right hand side.
