We offer first-class bed and breakfast. Our Guesthouse is in a superb location we are just a short stroll to the beaches & promenades, theatres, restaurants, conference venues, international tennis, historical bandstand and Victorian Pier, stunning Beachy Head and the South Downs. All 9 guest rooms are ensuite with colour TV, radio, wireless Internet access, with complementary refreshment tray, home-made cookies and English Toiletries. We also have a family room. The residents lounge is an elegant oasis where you can relax in our comfy sofas and soft lighting. There are newspapers and magazines to browse through, books to inspire a lifetime of thought, paintings to dream over, films to catch up on from our video library and an assortment of board games to tempt you.
In our Breakfast Room the atmosphere is relaxed and informal offering both continental and traditional cooking using local produce wherever possible. And yes fresh cherries are available in season! Our Breakfast Room is open from 8.00 - 9.30 everyday. Earlier breakfast can be arranged if requested. Packed lunches are available on request. We do ask for a deposit for the use of our hampers, rugs, picnic chairs and sun umbrellas. Group buffet lunches are also available for conference delegates by prior arrangement. We'll be happy to advise you on the stunning variety of restaurants nearby suitable for your evening dinner. Within a 10 minute walk you can discover a diverse selection ranging from Italian, Chinese, Spanish Tapas, Jazz Bar & Bistro, French as well as traditional Fish & Chip Café and a number of English Real Ale Pubs. |

Coastguards are on duty in the summer months and there are special areas with coloured wrist bands for children to play safely.
