Lynne and John Welcome you to Bramble Guest House. We offer you a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere to help you unwind whilst you are visiting and enjoying your stay in Eastbourne. All our rooms are comfortably furnished, bright, centrally heated and very spacious. Each room has a tea and coffee making hospitality tray, colour TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing boards and clock radios for those who wish an early start! Access is available to your bedroom at all times so you may come and go as you please throughout the day and evening. We have family(for three or four persons), double, twin or single bedrooms available including a ground floor double en-suite bedroom for those who have difficulty with stairs. Our rooms are located either on the ground or first floor. We are a non smoking establishment but there is seating outside, in the garden, for those in need. |

Eastbourne is an ideal base for touring Sussex, being within easy reach of all the major attractions that the county has to offer and of course the South Downs Way with the spectacular scenery of Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters. Local attractions include boat trips to Beachy Head lighthouse, the Sovereign Harbour Marina and Eastbourne's Victorian pier where you can take a stroll along the promenade to admire the wonderful floral displays, or explore the historic Redoubt Fortress. Visit the unspoilt Cuckmere Haven and Valley, Alfriston village with its majestic church (the Cathedral of the Downs) and the Clergy House (the first property owned by the National Trust). Not forgetting Sheffield Park Gardens, Batemans or Nymans Garden. Enjoy the many Historic Houses and National Trust properties that are to be found in the area. Children can enjoy Treasure Island, the swimming pool at the Sovereign Centre, have fun and swim at the Blue Flag beaches or visit the animals at Drusillas Zoo Park, always a popular favourite for everyone, young and old for a whole day out. Eastbourne also has many great theatres and cinemas so there will always be something for everyone. |

A27 from Brighton/Lewes:
At Polegate Crossroads turn right following Eastbourne signs. Continue to large roundabout, take first exit left (Kings Drive), continue along Kings Drive, straight across next roundabout (Decoy Roundabout), continue along Kings Drive, at next roundabout (Rodmill Roundabout, with District General Hospital on left), go straight across, signposted Town Centre and Seafront.
Continue along Kings Drive and you will shortly see a pedestrian crossing (with Belisha Beacons), school on left and safety barriers. Bramble Guest House (large AD 1902 wording on side of building) is immediately on the right, on the corner with Mill Gap Road.
Turn into Mill Gap Road (the road before Bramble Guest House) for on-site and free parking.
A22 from London:
Follow signs to District General Hospital (Red A&E signs). At Rodmill Roundabout (District General Hospital on right), turn left into Kings Drive, signposted Town Centre and Seafront.
