There is a beach nearby. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. Garden and/or patio area for guests Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request. We're sorry, we do not accept pets.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

A warm welcome awaits you at Tollgates ensuring your stay is comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The house is a modern spaciously planned accommodation, offering four rooms including a family suite. All rooms are en suite, tastefully decorated and each has its own television and alarm clock radio. The property enjoys a large well stocked garden to the rear with a large paved patio equipped with tables and chairs for relaxing. The heated swimming pool may be used by guests at proprietors discretion. In the winter month's, relax in the sauna / steam room and Jacuzzi equipped with Body Jet shower and power shower. English and continental breakfast is served every morning to all our guests in our new recently extended sun lounge that overlooks the garden and swimming pool.

Our historic town of Battle is unique. It is built on the very site of the famous Battle of 1066 where William the Conqueror defeated King Harold and his Saxon army on that fateful day. Today, this bustling little Market town has no fewer than five attractions for you to enjoy, over 50 quality shops and boutiques to tempt you, and a superb range of hotels and restaurants awaiting you with the warmest of Sussex Welcomes. Whether you are a visitor from near or far, you are sure to appreciate so much of what we have to offer - including a packed diary of events, the 1066 Walk, our new Town Trail - more than enough to make you want to come back to Battle again and again!
