Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The Abbey Lodge has recently undergone a total refurbishment and we feel it is now one of the best guest accommodations in Brighton. Each room greets you with a warm and gentle aura that remains with you for the length of your stay. Our attractive building offers comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean accommodation for you to enjoy during your visit to Brighton. You are also supplied with your own front door key for the duration of your stay to give you extra flexibility. All of our rooms have tea/coffee courtesy tray, colour t.v., hairdryer, c.d. player and mini fridge as standard.

 

Brighton Attractions

 
Brighton is one of the most exciting Cities in Britain and is often referred to as "Little London". It is steeped in History, with George the 1V's Royal Pavilion taking pride of place in the middle of the city, yet it has a modern up-beat atmosphere. There is a wide range of activities to cover every taste ranging from: Theatres, comedy clubs, a huge array of shops, Country trails, The Brighton Centre with all the big names appearing in Concert and lest we forget more Restaurants and bars than you could ever get around. All in all Brighton will fulfil all your needs while still allowing you to relax and take in some serious Sea air. The Abbey Lodge is situated within walking distance of all the above with no more than a 10 minute walk. We also have a number of Bars and Restaurants on our doorstep for those of you who don't want to go too far a field. For Business visitors, Abbey Lodge is only a 10 minute stroll along the Sea Front to the Conference Centre.
 

B&B Location
 
By car - From the A23 follow signs for Seafront, when you have reached the Brighton Pier take a left, follow the road for approx 400 yards to a major set of traffic lights, take a left into Lower Rock Gardens, follow road up to small traffic lights, go straight across lights and we are on the left, appx 2/3rds up.

By train - From Brighton Station it is easier to take a Taxi, which should cost Approx. £4.00

By Coach - From Pool Valley Coach station turn left along the Sea front, Pass the Brighton Pier and carry on up Madeira Drive to major set of traffic lights, turn left into Lower Rock Gardens, continue up to small set of traffic lights, go straight through and we are on the left
