Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Rosehill is a small boutique bed and breakfast within walking distance of Budleigh Salterton centre and its amazing pebble beach, one of the oldest parts of the Jurassic coast.

Each of our bedrooms is individual all of them have modern bathrooms and fixtures and fittings, all are large and spacious featuring a large king-size bed, sofa and flat screen TV. Beautiful bathrooms complement the great rooms. Refreshments tray and filtered water. Fluffy bath robes.

All rooms are modern and offer -king-size beds, flat screen TV/DVD, tea & coffee, bathrobes, hairdryer, toiletries.


Price per room per night including breakfast.

Check in from 5.00 p.m. Departure 10.30 a.m.



Rosehill Rooms and Cookery - The house dates back to the 1800’s and has large, light, airy rooms. We have a large Victorian veranda which surrounds part of the house and overlooks the garden, which is full of camellias and fuchsias as well as roses.

Alongside the bed and breakfast we also offer a cookery school with demonstration classes for all ages, with kids’ cookery classes for budding chefs.

We are in a small, individual town with lots of interesting shops, a small museum, a great beach with beach front café, The Longboat. There are super walks along the beach and then following the river Otter to Otterton and its interesting Mill. Join the coastal path minutes from the house, or enjoy the cycle routes. There are good bus services along the coast.

We are on the main road into/out of Budleigh Salterton B3178. It's easy to find with plenty of parking on site. Drive in through the front gates; drop your luggage off at the door and then park.
