Sorry. You won’t find an ageing reverend snoozing by the fireside in this Aviemore Guest House, situated on the stunning Highland Estate of Rothiemurchus! What you will find is comfortable, relaxing and friendly accomodation in the heart of Cairngorm National Park – the perfect location to enjoy the mountains, glens, lochs and rivers of Rothiemurchus, which you’ll see from the window of your spacious, well-appointed room. We pride ourselves on being informal...with discreet attention.

Our four luxurious bedrooms - choose from double or twin – are everything you would expect of five star Aviemore or Rothiemurchus accommodation. But there are days when we reckon the views to Cairngorm are worth a sixth accolade. All our rooms are en-suite with bath and shower, cosy bath robes, Arran Aromatic toiletries, and hairdryer. Colour TV and tea making facilities are at your fingertips. Or you can relax in our well-appointed sitting room to enjoy books, magazines or music. WiFi is available throughout the house.

Rothiemurchus is a superb Highland estate located just 5 minutes from Aviemore, at the heart of the Cairn gorms National Park.It has an excellant reputation and is regarded by many as one of the finest outdoor recreation centres in the North of Scotland. This fantastic place presents a unique blend of stunning landscapes, wonderful wildlife, superb shopping and exciting activities. Set in breathtaking surroundings comprising of beautiful lochs, rivers, moorland and forest you can enjoy over 30 different activities. With fully qualified instructors and lots of fun to be had by all it's ideal for groups, families, couples or individuals.

Aviemore is a centre for many sports and outdoor pursuits. These include Golf, Walking, Mountain Biking, Quad Biking, Skiing and Snowboarding & Outdoor Adventures. Cairn Gorm is home to Scotland’s only mountain railway, rising high above Loch Morlich and Glenmore with an opportunity for everyone to experience and enjoy Scotland’s largest expanse of mountain scenery, with stunning views. Ride to the top station on the train and visit the café, exhibition and shop!

By Air - Inverness Airport - Aviemore is 50 minutes.
Edinburgh Airport 2 ¼ hours
Glasgow Airport 3 hours

By Rail - Aviemore Railway station, two minutes by taxi. Taxi rank situated outside station.
