Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Morwick House is situated in the picturesque village of Warkworth, which is just seven miles south of Alnwick, on the beautiful Northumberland coast - an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Morwick House offers the perfect place to relax and unwind after a days sightseeing. Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of our home, take tea or coffee or maybe enjoy a glass of wine in our summerhouse.

We have two double bedrooms and one twin bedded room - all with en-suite shower facilities and all situated on the ground floor. All rooms have TV/Dvd’s , hairdryer and a well stocked hospitality tray. There are also a selection of DVD’s, books, maps and magazines available for guests to borrow.

With ample private parking, we are just two minutes walk from the Medieval Warkworth Castle and just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the village.

 

Warkworth Attractions

 
Warkworth has it's own medieval castle and secret hermitage. One mile from the village is fabulous Warkworth beach with miles of golden sands.

Warkworth is only 7 miles south of Alnwick, famous for its Castle(Harry Potter)and the renowned Alnwick Garden.

One mile south of Warkworth is the fishing port of Amble with its marina and fishing opportunities. Warkworth is an ideal location for walkers, golfers, fishermen, and historians alike.
