Bed and Breakfast Description |
| |
|
Woodville House is a splendid late 18th Century Olde World Period Residence and is one of only three left in the County of Westmeath that still remains untouched. The House is set of 28 acres of Woodlands that boast a Wild Bird Haven. There is a lake and fairy Fort on the grounds and beautiful walkways through the forest and surrounding grounds. Our award winning Italian Restaurant " Capriccio" is run by Chef from Rome, Italy, master Chef of the Italian Chefs' Federation and previously in the Italian Chefs' National Team.
Woodville Estate has been recently renovated and boasts a Fully Licenced Restaurant ,unique Olde World B&B Accommodation in the Coach House and a splendid new Casanova Bar in the main house. The basement of Woodville has been converted into a fashionable Italian modern style restaurant, with dining areas and kitchen of first class quality to meet the demands of high quality cuisine.
The Coach House is a fine old building dating back as far as the main house itself. This was where the servants used to stay and has been refurbished to provide excellent Bed & Breakfast accommodation while still keeping the old style of the original building. Single, Family and Twin Rooms are available throughout the year.
Alongside the Restaurant is the traditional courtyard area and conservatory where you can relax in the open air and take in the splendour of the Coach house or simply read a book over a cappuccino in the peace of the conservatory. You can hear the birds singing in the trees from one end of the day to the other.
Woodville House is available for functions at any time from large Weddings, Private Parties, Christenings, Funerals, Birthday Celebrations & Product Launches. We can cater for any event. We are now taking bookings for Murder Mystery Weekends & Christmas Party Theme Nights.
There is one thing you are guaranteed, you will be looked after famously. |
