You will find a warm, friendly and helpful family at Meadowell House. You won't be disappointed with the Full-Irish Breakfast enjoyed in the dining area. You won't go away hungry!

Our "Swilly Suite" is a spacious family room with a super king size bed and a single bed, in combination with a small sitting TV room (Tea/Coffee facilities) and a bathroom, and if required an additional double bedroom.

The "Gartan Room" is a cosy bedroom (king size) en-suite with TV and Tea/Coffee facilities.

The "Grianan Room" is a spacious family room en-suite (with TV and Tea/Coffee facilities) with a super king sized bed and a single bed.

The dining area is a great place to start the morning with a good breakfast.

 

Ramelton Attractions

 
Ramelton (Rathmelton), one of Irelands Heritage Towns is a charming little town of the 17th century, situated in the Heart of Donegal at the mouth of the River Lennon where it flows into Lough Swilly.

Ramelton is a Bord Failte designated Heritage Town and the ideal location to base yourself for a holiday in Donegal, Ireland's beautiful North West region.

All shops and pubs are in walking distance as the rural surroundings as well.

Ramelton has always been held to have a character of its own; you'll find here a warm atmosphere, friendly people, lovely pubs and all facilities necessary. Ramelton is the perfect destination for a short break, longer stay, family or active holiday.
 

B&B Location
 
The Meadowell House is situated at the entry of the town. If you come from Letterkenny (12 km), take the R 245 to Ramelton, turn left at the first crossroads in the town.

If you come from Rathmullan (R 247) or Milford (R 245), cross the River Lennon then turn right in direction of Letterkenny. Climb the gradient and turn right again behind the church.
