The Arklow Bay 'Orchard' Bed and Breakfast is ttt ideally located in Arklow Co Wicklow beside the town centre, shopping mall, nature reserve, beach, swimming pool & gym and the Arklow Bay Hotel with its great bar food, restaurant and night entertainment.

Enjoy and relax with a glass of wine in our private garden or use our home as a base for exploring the breath taking scenery of the Wicklow hills and Glendalough. If you prefer the hustle and bustle of city life we are just 40 miles from Dublin city with regular bus and train services daily.

All rooms are tastefully furnished and en-suite, with TV, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities provided.

Enjoy a freshly home cooked breakfast in our bright and cheerful breakfast room. Early morning breakfast will be arranged for those travelling away early.

If you prefer to stay close in the evening use our self-catering facilities to enjoy your evening meal with the provision of fridges, microwave and more or you can always order in your meal, telephone numbers provided for excellent cusine.

 

Arklow Attractions

 
If you are a mad rugby fanatic (as many of our visitors are). We are less than an hour from Landsdowne and Croker for the matches. Or should a day at the races be more your liking, Leopardstown is 40 mins drive and Punchestown and the Curragh just a little bit further.

Additional amenities include nearby golf courses, pitch and putt, horse riding, pony trekking and angling.

Enjoy our new 9 screen cinema or the nearby childrens playground. Explore the north and south beaches, also Brittas bay and Clogga strand.

The scenic tours in Wicklow will take you all around Avoca : the Meeting of the Waters, the Military road, historical Powerscourt and Glendalough.

Names of golf courses nearby include The Arklow links, The Wooden Bridge, European club, Blainroe, Wicklow, Courtown and Seafield.

The Arklow Bay Orchard B&B is located off the main N 11 road taking a left hand turn before the bridge if you are travelling from Dublin, if travelling from the Rosslare direction go through town and over the bridge and turn right for the 'Arklow Bay Hotel'. We are just before it.
