Bed and Breakfast Description

 

We are a small b+b set in the heart of historical Hale Village - a secluded setting in the park yet only a couple of minutes to the heart of the village.

Orchard dell is a traditional cottage in keeping with its age and history with a comfortable family atmosphere.

Our village has two "locals" both serving food at reasonable prices and both only a couple of minutes away.

Hale village has excellent motorway links and is situated just 2mls from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. There is a regular bus service into Liverpool/Widnes/Halton and Runcorn from the village with links further afield.

All our rooms have unlimited tea/coffee and hot chocolate facilities, and breakfast is a tradional full English - sausage - egg - bacon - beans - mushroom and tomato or any variation of - with toast - cereal and fruit juice. Parking is secure as we are surrounded by a high wall and electric gates. We also have a grade 2 listed cottage in Hale Village that sleeps 4/6 - 2 nights minimum stay.

 

Liverpool Attractions

 
we are on the Trans Pennine trail for walkers and cyclists with lots of attractions along the way.
Only 2.5mls from National Trust property Speke Hall and 4mls from Fonthill Road - a bus into Liverpool will bring you to the only Tate Gallery outside London - 2 fabulous cathedrals - the beatles museum - river Mersey trips - museums and art galleries - new Liverpool One shopping experience and much more. M57 /M62 - come to the end of th M57 and turn right at the roundabout - keep in you left hand lane and take the slip road for Hale - around the bend and first left again signposted for Hale - under th motorway bridge 50yds on turn right down Ramsbrook Lane - go to the end of the lane and turn left - when you have the monument in front of you and the post office to your left - turn into the park gates opposite the post office - come down the path and past the "Keep Out" sign and turn right past the stable gate to Orchard dell.
Th M56 / 53 will all bring you to the M57 expressway - follow the above.
From Liverpool the bus route is th 82A - you can pick this up at Paradise street bus station opposite the Albert Dock.
