Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The Town House is a truly cosmopolitan place to stay. It's reputation as the best Guest House in Cardiff has spread far and wide, attracting guests from London to Los Angeles and Sidmouth to Sydney - not to mention many Welsh visitors to their own Capital City tired of the annonymous chain Hotels.

This Guest House of distinction, is handily located for the City Centre and all Tourist attractions. It's a tall, typically Victorian Building with a richly decorated hallway which contrasts with the simpler style of the neat and well equiped bedrooms.

All 8 rooms include en-suite bathroom, Digital Freeview Television, Tea and Coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone and hairdryer.

There's a comfortable Lounge-come-breakfast room - and the breakfasts are special, with American style pancakes as well as traditional bacon and eggs in deference to The Town House's International clientele.

Car - M4 motorway come off at Junction 32, take the A470 to Cardiff City Centre. Drive past Cardiff Castle on your right hand side. Drive over Castle Street bridge to next set of traffic lights then turn right into Cathedral Road. Carry on up Cathedral Road for approx 800 metres, The Town House is on your right hand side.
Bus - From Central Bus/ Train Station take the number 62 bus to Cathedral Road and ask to get off at The Beverly Hotel, we are on opposite side off the road from bus stop.

Nearest Airport: Cardiff International Airport  (15  Miles)

Nearest Restaurant/Bistro: There are too many to name for varying tastes.  (2  Minutes Walk)

Nearest Public House/Bar: The Cricketers  (0.5  Minutes Walk)

Nearest Railway Station: Cardiff Central Railway Station  (5  Minutes Drive)
