Ivy Cottage is located 10 minutes from the M1 motorway and is an excellent base for both the business-person and tourist.

This is one of the very top "Bed and Breakfasts" in Northern Ireland and advance booking is highly recommended.

The accommodation has been uncompromisingly updated to include 3 luxury guest bedrooms, a cosy guest lounge, modern kitchen and relaxing breakfast room.

We look forward to making your stay with us a truly special one. Please do not hesitate to ask for any special requirements or assistance.

Our 3 guest rooms have been furnished to very high standards using only the best furniture in a traditional design. All feature Satellite LCD Televisions. Our beds offer maximum comfort and sleeping pleasure. Our bedrooms consist of 2 double rooms and one single room.

From the business traveller unwinding after a long days work to a family stopping off on holiday, the bedrooms have been individually designed to meet the needs of every guest.

Breakfast will be served at a time convenient to you in our Traditional Dining Room where we will provide a Full Irish or Continental menu. You will not be disappointed!

If you are attending a wedding at nearby Larchfield Estate we can offer a door to door service at a small additional cost (please enquire at time of booking.)

Airport Runs also available at an additional cost (please enquire at time of booking.)

Ivy Cottage is Non Smoking although we do offer a sheltered smoking area outside.

From the Queens Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A49 / Saintfield Road heading to B6 / Ballynahinch / Saintfield. Continue to follow A49. Continue for 5 miles. Turn right into Cargacreevy Road. Continue to end of Cargacreevy Road (approx half a mile.) Ballykeel Road is to your right. Ivy Cottage NI is on your right hand side.
