Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Our spacious lounge leads into the sun lounge and residential bar. The dinning room seats a maximum of 12 residents. Our menu is comprised of fine traditional home cooking. The bar serves residents only and closes at 11.00pm.

Henfaes has 5 extremely spacious and comfortable private suites. Each suite has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge with large remote control colour TV and beverage tray.

 

Criccieth Attractions

 
Criccieth must surely enjoy one of the most beautiful locations to be found anywhere. Situated on the coast at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with all its attractions there is something to do for everybody. Castles, walks, mountains, beaches, scenery, trains, golf, water sports, fishing, plus excellent visitor attractions in abundance.

Castles - This part of Wales has an abundance of historic castles. Criccieth castle dominates the town standing high on its rocky perch and is a must visit.

Beaches - Criccieth itself has two beaches either side of the Castle. The beaches are a mixture of sand and pebble with a rocky area at the far end of the eastern beach exposing rock pools at low tide. There are no amusement arcades or vendors along these beaches so you can enjoy a relaxing time soaking up the sun with only the sounds of the sea washing over you.

The Area and its Attractions - There is so much to do in this part of the World that you may not fit it all in to one visit. We have the majesty of Snowdonia National Park together with historical and leisure attractions.

Criccieth is located in the North West of Wales on the Southern side of the Llyn Peninsula. It is well served by main routes from the North West / Chester area via the A55 and from the Midlands via the A5. Travelling from the South it is fed by the A487.
We are easy to find on the High Street just outside the town centre.
