The Black Horse Inn is a homely and welcoming Inn adorned with hops and beams with an open log fireplace to welcome you in winter.
The actual age of the Inn is not known, but in the 18th century it may well have been a forge with adjoining barns and stables owned by the Fuller family. Between 1744 and 1751 the buildings were converted to an inn and given the present name.
Walk across to the gravelled courtyard with pond and fountain to view our accommodation annexe which houses 16 beautiful en-suite bed and breakfast rooms. For the comfort of all our guests all rooms are non-smoking and have WI-FI Internet access, TV, Radio/alarm, Complimentary mineral water, Tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryer. The restaurant offers full lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Booking is advisable.
There is a choice of Single, Double, Twin, Family of Four Poster rooms.
Dogs are welcome on a lead and the Inn is open all day, all week, all year! The Inn has a large car park. |
