Lynn and Simon Wooding hope you will enjoy your stay.

We have eight delightful rooms a very comfortable lounge and a sunny dining room where we offer an optional evening meal, besides breakfast.

All rooms are en-suite have a hairdryer,a deluxe hospitality tray and tea making facilities, T.V., shower gel, towels as standard.

Why not come and sample our life style, someone else to do the cooking and cleaning and all you have to do is RELAX.

Known as the "Garden center of Llandudno". It is close to all amenities and the coach and railway station, and is within 5 minutes walk to the shops and sea front.
