Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The Westdale has been extensively refurbished throughout and our guests remind us constantly of the relaxed feeling and a warm and friendly atmosphere greets every guest. We will endeavour to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are situated in a very quiet area away from the main traffic, the main high street and pubs and clubs but all still within 5 minutes walking distance. The guest house is situated on the level with ample safe parking facilities. There are also facilities for storage of motor bikes, golfing equipment, kite surfing, cycles & out-door equipment.

We overlook the Great Orme and gardens between West & North shore beaches. Situated in a beautiful victorian location the Westdale is only 5 minutes walk to the main town centre and promenade and all the local amenities including shops, pier, theatre, train station & local bus route. The West shore is only a few minutes walk which has a family beach with childrens play area, crazy golf and cafeteria.

The guest house has family rooms able to sleep up to five in each room. All of our rooms have televisions and DVD players. All our standard rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, TVs and wash basins. They also have access to a shower room and bathroom and there are several toilets situated for guests convenience on each floor. All en-suites have either a private shower or bathroom with toilets and have tea & coffee making facilities and all have colour TVs. Fresh towels & soap are provided and rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
Free WiFi is available to all guests and there is a fully licensed bar and a comfortable lounge on the ground floor.

 

Llandudno Attractions

 
~ Great Orme tram - only 5 minutes walk from the Westdale.
~ Golf venues
~ Snowdonia national park - you can drive most of the national park in a whole day out.
~ Most churches are in walking distance of the Westdale and the Llanddulas men’s choir is a regular feature.
~ Local art gallery and exhibition - here you will find local artists' work from all over the uk. Exhibitions and art classes are also run from Mostyn gallery. The Mostyn is only twelve minutes walk from the Westdale
~ North Wales theatre - only five minutes drive from the Westdale or a fifteen minute walk.

The Victorian extravaganza is a three day festival where the whole of Llandudno goes back in time to Victorian days. There are parades, fancy dress, fun fair, bands & vintage vehicles. This weekend is fantastic for families and couples and the Westdale is a perfect place to stay as we are only a few minutes walk from the town centre where it is all happening.

Local zoo ~ A fabulous day out at the Welsh mountain zoo which is situated in Colwyn bay. It is only ten minutes drive from the Westdale.
