Families, couples, groups, conferences, contractors and business travellers are all welcome throughout the year.
All our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, central heating, colour satellite television, tea / coffee making facilities and hairdryers. If you require ironing facilities they are available on request. If you have your own computer we can provide free wireless Internet access. Parking your car will be no problem as there is one space per room.
We pride ourselves on our traditional home cooked food and try our utmost to ensure that all of our guests have a happy, comfortable and memorable stay.
Our reception room is a comfortable communal area for you to relax, socialise or maybe watch our satellite TV.
The sunny dining room is where we serve your choice of continental or full English breakfast each morning between 08:00 and 09:00 hours (earlier breakfast available on request). We pride ourselves on our traditional home cooked food and if you chose to dine with us we serve our delightful five course evening meal from 18:00 hours.
Our cosy licensed bar is the ideal location to relax of an evening. We stock many soft drinks, premium bottled drinks, spirits, draught beers and lagers, as well as a selection of bar snacks.
We have single, double, triple and various family sized rooms to sleep up to six adults. All of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, central heating, colour satellite television, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. If you require ironing facilities they are available on request as are high chairs and cots.
We offer free wireless Internet access to enable you to connect your computer to the Internet and receive e-mails during your stay (this service is available on request and is accessible from most of our rooms). |

We are situated in the heart of Bournemouth, the West Cliff, so you only have a couple of minutes walk to your destination whether it is the town centre, the beach, the gardens, the theatre or the Bournemouth International Centre.
Beach and Pier - 7 miles of golden beaches. Cleaned daily in high season and winner of the cleanest beaches in England award.
Bournemouth town centre - provides a great choice of shops, eateries, pubs and clubs in a traditional setting. If you prefer a major shopping spree, a more leisurely window shop, or the pubs and clubs, Bournemouth is the place to be.
Tethered balloon flights - from the beautiful Lower Gardens in central Bournemouth the balloon will take you up to five hundred feet above this exciting resort where you'll experience amazing panoramic views of up to twenty miles over the English Channel and surrounding countryside.
Oceanarium - the Bournemouth aquarium is situated on the seafront and offers a stimulating adventure exploring three oceans and four continents.
IMAX cinema - The IMAX features a screen taller than four double-decker buses and a six channel surround sound system which is outputted on over forty speakers.
The Upper, Central and Lower Gardens - located in the Bourne Valley, between the Borough Boundary and Bournemouth Pier. The Gardens retain much of their original character and are grade II listed in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens. They offer a range of facilities including tennis, putting, mini-golf, children's play, art exhibitions, a café, an ice cream kiosk and the tethered balloon.
The Bournemouth International Centre (BIC), the Pavilion Theatre and the Pier Theatre are venues for an extremely wide range of functions and events. These include shows, plays, ballet, opera, banquets, civic functions, wrestling, ballroom dancing, conferences, exhibitions, private functions, etc. |

From Bournemouth International Airport (Hurn): When leaving the airport turn East onto the B3073 (Parley Lane). Keep on the B3037 until you reach the A338 (Wessex Way). Turn right West onto the A338 and head towards Bournemouth.
From the A338 (Wessex Way) turn left onto the B3066 and follow local signs for West Cliff, the town centre and Bournemouth International Centre. This will lead you to Durley Chine Road and onto West Cliff Road.
