Not all of our guests want more people to find about their favourite place to stay as they'd rather keep it a secret so that they can get their favourite room next time!
Just a 10-minute journey from Central Milton Keynes, Number 68 is close to Stony Stratford, Wolverton and the delights of the surrounding countryside in the Ouse Valley Park or along the Grand Union Canal.
A warm welcome awaits everyone who chooses stay in this comfortable home, where your hosts do so much more than the minimum and your expectations are exceeded.
Guests have been unanimous in their praise of the friendly service, comfortable beds, high standards throughout the rooms and the great tasting food served on the Breakfast menu. There is also the 5* Food Hygiene rating awarded by MK Council to support the many comments of excellence found on our website.
Each room has a fridge (containing complimentary soft drinks, filtered water and semi-skimmed milk), tea/coffee facilities, hospitality tray, dressing gown(s), hair dryer, TV & DVD. WiFi access is also provided without any additional charge and off-road parking is available.
Wherever possible, Number 68 sources, prepares and serves home-grown, organic produce and locally-sourced food (subject to availability).
If you are not arriving by car, an indication of how we go the extra mile for our guests, is that upon your arrival in Milton Keynes at the rail, coach or bus station, we are happy to arrange your collection either in our car (if available) or by a recommended taxi company.
It's easy to take to a walk or ride along the pedestrian and cycle routes criss-crossing the 4,500 acres of MK parkland and via the unique system of grid roads, anywhere in MK is usually no more than 15-20 minutes away by car.
Don't expect just an OK place to stay but do expect to enjoy it and be part of the ever growing number of guests who have gone home saying that Number 68 is "simply the best"! |
