Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. We accept Sterling Cheques. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have TV.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

This small, friendly, family run B&B offers a high standard of comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting with outstanding views.

It is conveniently situated in a conservation area midway between the historic city of Canterbury and the delightful Cinque Port town of Sandwich.

We have two rooms available, a double en-suite and a twin with en-suite hand basin / WC and separate bathroom with shower. Both rooms have delightful views of the surrounding countryside, Digital TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer in each room. Iron / ironing board is available on request.

There is ample off-road parking available.

Use of the attractive garden is welcomed.

 

Canterbury Attractions

 
Bay Tree Cottage is centrally situated to allow easy access to the numerous attractions of East Kent. As well as the historic cities of Canterbury and Sandwich there are many other charming and interesting small towns within easy reach including Faversham and Whitstable. The coastal towns of Dover, Deal and Walmer all have interesting castles to explore.

There are number of first class golf courses, including a pay and play course.
Newly opened Fowlmead Country park
Nature reserves.
Howletts Wild Animal Park (famous for its conservation work, gorillas and tigers).
Gardens that are open to the public including Goodnestone Park with its connection to Jane Austen.
Slightly further afield are the Channel ports with quick and easy access to and from France.
