Bed and Breakfast Description

 

The White Lion Hotel is a few yards away from an 18th century courthouse and the gaol is two minutes walk away as is a popular Victorian pier, together with boating and fishing trips.

Accommodation: double bedrooms (all en suite), twin bedrooms, single bedrooms, 2 lounges, dining room, central heating & open fires, colour TVs, telephone, tea & coffee facilities, enclosed outdoor terrace area for barbecues in the summer, daily cleaning service.

This warm and homely atmosphere features central heating. Tastefully decorated recently, this a very popular hotel has splendid views of the Menai Straits & Snowdonia mountain range.

Convenient for the elderly and young children.

With the amazing scenery around Anglesey, this hotel offers great value.

Discover all the delights of Anglesey's 124 miles of varied coastline from scenic coastal walks to rugged cliffs and wonderful sandy beaches.

Explore stunning Snowdonia with it's many mountain tourist railways, slate caverns, gold mines, and wonderful walks around lakes and rivers.

Day trips can be taken to Caernarfon, Conwy and Harlech castles, and Victorian Llandudno with it's famous promenade and cable car rides up the Great Orme. Visit Betws-y-coed, Bodnant Gardens, the Llyn Peninsula or historic Chester.

For a special day out visit Dublin from Holyhead. With Anglesey's dual carriageway, Holyhead and Trearddur Bay are only 25 minutes away.

There are many events in Beaumaris including fireworks in the castle on New Years Eve, folk festival in May, sailing regatta in August and live music in the square on Sundays throughout the summer.
