Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Our lovely rooms, feature ensuite walk-in showers, whilst our large superior rooms will pamper your senses. They are decorated in a retro romantic style with oriental influences featuring ensuite spa baths and showers. All rooms have LCD TVs and DVD players with freeview, wifi and desk space and luxurious oriental silk headboards.

The Oriental (formerly the Oriental Hotel) was one of the original Brighton Boutique hotels. Under-stated yet bursting with character, this newly refurbished AA 4 * Highly Commended Grade II* Listed Regency guesthouse has a refreshing view on design and service.

Ideally located just five minutes walk from the Brighton Conference centre and literally fifty metres from the beach itself, we like to say we are excellently positioned for any town business event and can offer business packages to match.

Location: The Oriental is situated a stone's throw away from the seafront, Hove Lawns and the new site for the 'i360.

Brighton Pier, the Royal Pavilion, the Brighton Conference Centre and the Lanes are all less than five minutes walk away, Gatwick Airport less than half an hour by car or train, and London only 50 minutes by train.

By Road
From London or M25 take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton, then follow the signs for the A27 'Worthing.' On entering the A27, take your first exit at the top of the hill signposted Hove. This will lead you to a roundabout, here take the second exit down Dyke Road signposted Brighton. Follow this road for approximately 3 miles past two sets of traffic lights until you reach the Seven Dials roundabout. Take the 2nd to last exit into Vernon Terrace, signposted Town Centre Car Parks. Follow to the seafront, turn left onto the A259 seafront road towards the Brighton Pier. Take the first left by the Kings Hotel into Oriental Place. We are halfway up on the right.

From Brighton Train Station

Walk straight out the station down Queens Road to the seafront. Turn right, keep on going past the Grand and the Metropole hotels. Turn right after the Kings hotel into Oriental Place.
