Our BNB is a local building of historic interest. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. Garden and/or patio area for guests Internet access available in rooms or residents lounge. We have on-site parking.
We welcome pets. There are scenic walks in the surrounding area. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have TV.

Legend has it that Cromwell stabled his horses in the barn before setting off to lead his Parliamentary army to victory in the Battle of Worcester on 3rd September, 1651.

Parliament Barn prides itself on the warmth of its welcome, and we will do all we can to ensure that your stay is both as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Each of the bedrooms, which are named after three nearby villages – Whitney, Stowe and Brilley - are centrally heated and offer a high degree of comfort. Here our guests will find a hospitality tray offering tea, coffee and biscuits, a bowl of fresh fruit plus a TV and a CD/DVD player with a wide selection of films to help you unwind and relax at the end of the day. Wi-Fi access is available at no additional cost. Dogs may be accommodated subject to prior arrangement.

For the first meal of the day, we are happy to provide you with either a traditional and delicious full English cooked breakfast that will set the mood for leisurely sightseeing, or a continental breakfast to speed you on your way to a busy working day. All our food is locally sourced wherever possible and, when appropriate, it is seasonal too.

 

Winforton Attractions

 
Winforton is on the River Wye. This most famous of English salmon rivers, the Wye is a Mecca for fly fishermen and carves its way through the stunning beauty of mid-Wales and The Marches to reach the River Severn, 153 miles downstream. The Wye Valley has beckoned visitors to its picturesque beauty since the late 18th century, and Parliament Barn is the ideal base for exploring the Brecon Beacons, the historic cities of Worcester and Hereford - each with a world-famous cathedral almost 1,000 years old and Hay-on-Wye, celebrated for its literary festival, and for excellent pubs and restaurants.
