Sympathetically renovated to retain many original features and charm of its long history, Dowgill House offers quality individually designed and furnished en-suite accommodation.
Our comfortable guest lounge is located on the ground floor for you to relax in. Free Wifi internet connection available on request.
We have four car parking spaces, allocated on a first come first served basis, and there is plenty of public parking nearby.
Room rates, including breakfast:-
Room 1. Large room featuring a sandstone fireplace, facing Otley Chevin with a modern en-suite shower room. King size bed or two single beds. A third bed can be added to make a family room. Digital TV
Room 2. Good sized beamed room featuring the interesting view across Bondgate with a modern en-suite shower room,
Room 3. Large beamed room featuring a Georgean sandstone fireplace, the interesting view across Bondgate and a modern en-suite shower room.
Room 4. Ample beamed room with a glimpse of Otley Chevin and a modern en-suite shower room. King size bed or two single beds. Digital TV.
Hairdryers and a tea and coffee making tray is supplied in each room.
Prices vary and are based on 2/3 people sharing a room, ranging from £65
to £85 per room per night. All rooms are available for single occupancy at a rate of £55 per room per night. All prices are inclusive of breakfast.

Much of the town centre is eighteenth or nineteenth century and has Conservation Area status, the attractive mix of new and traditional businesses making for a strong community spirit, good shopping and the many traditional pubs and inns offer good food and traditional beers in attractive and welcoming premises.
The television programmes of Emmerdale (where Otley becomes Hotten) and Heartbeat have made Otley widely known. Thomas Chippendale, the world famous furniture maker was born and learnt his craft here.
Always a bustling market town, Otley boasts many regular attractions in addition to the traditional outdoor pursuits that make Wharfedale popular with anglers (the renowned River Wharfe and Knotford Nook recommended), Cyclists (we have secure bike storage) and Walkers are Welcome.
Riverside Park offers beautiful walks, playgrounds and childrens amusements whilst the wooded hillside, rocks and moorland of Chevin Forest Park are ideal for climbing, horse riding, mountain biking, running and walking.
