Ballystrad House Bed & Breakfast Accommodation, also known as Rochestown Rise B&B, is situated on the Rochestown Road, minutes away from Rochestown Park Hotel, Maryborough House Hotel and Douglas village.
We have a private garden with ponds and cascades with private parking for all guest cars. We offer free transport, when available, to Douglas village and local hotels.

Rochestown Rise B&B is located beside South Ring Road, N25, with easy access to Cork Airport, Ringaskiddy Ferry Terminal, Cork City Centre and Mahon Point Shopping Centre. Superb river fishing can be availed of on the nearby river Lee, and being so close to the N25 means easy access to West Cork, Killarney, Co. Kerry, with its beautiful lakes and mountains and the Internationally renowned Gourmet capital of Ireland, Kinsale. We are just a short drive to some of South of Irelands most spectacular golf courses, such as, Monkstown, Douglas, Foto Island, Cork Golf Club (Little Island), Lee Valley, Old Head of Kinsale and Waterock.

Come through Jack Lynch Tunnel, staying on N25 West
Take 2nd exit left showing Ringaskiddy Ferryport N28 and Rochestown R610
Take next exit left showing Rochestown R610
Go round the roundabout to the right, 4th exit
After going under the flyover bridge, take next exit left into Rochestown Rise Estate, with signs showing Rochestown Rise B&B
Drive up estate

Come to the Kinsale Roundabout
Follow signs for Ferryport, N28-N25 east
Stay on N25
Take 3rd exit left, showing Ringaskiddy Ferryport N28 and Rochestown R610

Go round the roundabout to the right, forth exit
