Situated between Newquay and Padstow in the heart of the conservation area of St Mawgan village, Moorland House offers luxury bed and breakfast accommodation for visitors to Cornwall. This B&B is conveniently located close to Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth beaches and within easy reach of many fine attractions and restaurants.
The luxury guest accommodation consists of one twin bedded room and one double room with a king sized bed in a purpose built, self-contained extension designed for comfort and relaxation. Both are private, en-suite rooms fitted out to the highest standard, with Egyptian cotton sheets, power showers, under floor heating, wood floors, flat screen TV’s and complimentary tea and coffee with homemade biscuits - perfect for a relaxing break in Cornwall.
There is also a sun lounge for the exclusive use of guests. This room is mainly glass roofed and has a fish tank set into the natural slate floor and casual leather seating. Breakfast is served in the sun lounge and is cooked to order using freshly prepared local produce, including eggs from our own hens!
Moorland House is an eco friendly B&B, committed to the principles of sustainable tourism. Our luxury guest accommodation has been built to be as environmentally friendly as possible and features include reclaimed stone, local timber cladding, solar panels, a wood burning stove and LED lighting. Everything is recycled and we use local farm produce for breakfasts. |
