Bed and Breakfast Description
We enjoy an enviable position with the promenade in front of us, whilst the quaint inns and restaurants of historic Chapel Street lie behind us. Most of our guest bedrooms have stunning sea views. All of our rooms are impeccably presented and provide a high level of comfort, encouraging you to relax as soon as you arrive. All guest house rooms have TV/ DVD player (with complimentary film library), tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, and many other little extras to make you feel instantly at home. After your day of exploring take it easy, unwind and enjoy the view from our patio. Relax and read a book in our comfortable lounge. Plenty of Books, Maps on the area and a computer for guest use are provided.



Local Attractions
Penzance is the perfect base to discover Cornwall. St. Michaels Mount, Lands End, St. Ives, and the inspirational Minack theatre are close by. The Eden Project and Isle of Scilly can be easily reached. Penzance is convenient for travelling by car or by foot. We have our own car park and are ideally positioned for the Train/bus station and Heliport. The Isles of Scilly Ferry is a 5 minute walk. (1) Location of Warwick House Penzance is the perfect base to discover Cornwall. The unspoilt coastline with its stunning landscape of rugged cliffs and sandy beaches on the north coast and quaint fishing villages and picturesque coves on the South coast. Visitors will enjoy some of the most dramatic scenery in Europe. (2) St Michael's Mount Explore the amazing island world of St Michael's Mount and discover legend, myth and over a thousand years of incredible history.Follow in the footsteps of pilgrims and walk the causeway at low water or enjoy a short motor boat trip when the tide is in - getting to St Michael's Mount is always an adventure. (3) Land's End It's a memory you'll cherish forever - arriving like so many generations before you at one of the world's best loved landmarks. It's a place of almost mystical beauty where the might of the Atlantic meets the towering cliffs of Cornwall - a place where nature is still one of the big attractions. Discover a myriad of wild flowers, soaring seabirds or even seals coming out to play. (4) South West Coast Path The South west Coast Path is on our doorstep, we offer packed lunches and kit transfers. Please enquire for special walkers packages. (5) Minack Theatre Cornwall's Theatre under the stars a unique place to visit all year round. (6) Penlee House Gallery & Museum Penlee House Gallery & Museum is an elegant gallery set within a Victorian house and park. Changing exhibitions mainly feature famous 'Newlyn School' and Lamorna Group artists (1880-1930).

By Car
Follow the A30 to Penzance; as you enter Penzance, stay by the sea and follow the signs to Harbour & seafront. Follow the road around the harbour over the Bridge. You will pass the Jubilee Swimming Pool on your left. Regent Terrace is the 2nd turning on the right after the Zebra crossing. As soon as you turn into Regent Terrace our car park is an immediate left.

Train Regular connections to Penzance Station from all major towns, Warwick House is 2 or 3 minutes away by Taxi.

Gatwick or Stansted to Newquay, 1 hour. Flights also from Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Belfast and Dublin.
