Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Tranquillity and warm hospitality are the essence of Mornington, home to the O'Hara's since 1858. Set in an unexplored corner of Westmeath, with its charming landscape of rolling hills, ancient forests and sparkling lakes.

There has been a house at Mornington since the early 17th century but this was considerably enlarged in 1896. It is now a gracious family home with a reputation for delicious meals prepared in the fine tradition of the Irish Country House. Anne is a member of Euro-toques, the international fraternity of serious chefs and Warwick's breakfasts are renowned.

We have four double and one single room, all with private bathrooms.
