Welcome to the heart of the North York Moors National Park Sevenford House, family home of Linda Sugars, is located 10 miles from Pickering in Rosedale Abbey. A former vicarage, the house sits on the slope of the valley in large gardens and enjoys wonderful views of the village below. Rosedale is in the very centre of the North York MoorsNational Park which means easy access to many of the region's most famous attractions and historic sites.
Things to do in the area
With Castle Howard, York Minster, walks on the moors, Whitbey, Scarbrough, Flamingo Land, the North York Moors Steam Railway, horseriding and golf courses all near by, there will be as little or as much rest during your stay as you need. Sevenford House is a large victorian house, built high on the hillside of Rosedale Abbey. Originally a vicarage it is now a family house, letting 3 bedrooms as guest rooms. The house sits in nearly 4 acres of beautiful gardens and enjoys wonderful views of the village below and of the moors all around. |
