Bed and Breakfast Description

 

All nine guest bedrooms each have en-suite bath or shower room, television, easy chairs or sofas and tea/coffee making facilities. The centre of the building was originally two late 18th century farm cottages and now houses five first floor single rooms and the ground floor breakfast room.

The west wing was added in 2005 to provide four spacious rooms used as double, twin and family bedrooms. Two are ground floor rooms and one has a shower room specially designed for people with restricted mobility and wheelchair users.

The guest house is 'no smoking' and we do not accept pets in the building.
Wireless internet access is available free of charge.

We are situated right on the edge of the Vicar Water Country Park.

Sherwood Forest Fun Park
Fun packed amusement park, catering for families and children of all ages. Only minutes from the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre. Guaranteed to be an enjoyable and inexpensive day out.

Mansfield Museum & Art Gallery
Displays of local, social and natural history, plus the popular collection of watercolours by Buxton, fine art and ceramics. An exciting programme of temporary exhibitions and events offers something for everyone.

Bridleways is off the B6030 that runs from Mansfield to Ollerton. At the roundabout between Forest Town and Clipstone turn south onto Crown Farm Way, then take the first left at our green sign and continue down the bridle path.
