A short distance to J11 of the M40 and the town centre of Banbury and centrally located for tourists visiting the Cotswolds, Chiltern, Oxford, Stratford and Warwick and the many historic sites surrounding makes Fairlawns the ideal base. Banbury bus and train station are just a short walk.
Fairlawns is set in large gardens and is an extended Edwardian house. We are open through the year at all times and offer quality accommodation and breakfast to all guests.
Fairlawns has 18 en suite rooms in a variety of single rooms, double rooms, twin room and family rooms. 6 rooms have external entrance.

Radiators have independent thermostatic controls so you can choose the temperature you desire.
Comfort
Extra pillows, towels and blankets are available on request at reception.
Many items can be bought from reception:
Razors, shaving foam, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.
Non alcoholic drinks can also be bought from reception.

Early Departure "Courtesy Tray"
Should you need to leave very early, a courtesy tray with biscuits and make it yourself tea and coffee is available.

The key to your safe is available from reception for a £10.00 refundable deposit.
