Derek & Vicki have been welcoming guests onto the farm since 1990 and guarantee a warm welcome and the very best of Cornish hospitality.
The accommodation at Tregiffian consists of two well-appointed rooms, one double and one twin/double, each offering a high standard of decoration with luxury fabrics and accessories. The rooms are fully equipped with en-suite, central heating for chilly evenings, television, well-stocked refreshment tray, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer and many other ‘extras’ to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Penzance Attractions |

Tregiffian Farm is ideally situated to explore the many and diverse sights in Far West Cornwall, and indeed further afield too. There are beaches and coves in abundance, ancient monuments, historic sights such as the ruined tin mine workings, and the artists community and Tate Gallery in St Ives.
Beaches and Coves Porthgwarra, Porthcurno and Porthchapel Beautiful sandy beaches in the West Penwith area. Lamorna & Penberth Two quaint and unspoit fishing coves within a short distance of the farm. Sennen Cove Of ancient smugglers fame and a wonderful surfing beach. Land´s End is half a mile away and within walking distance. St Ives A fabulous stretch of sand, and other places to visit include the Tate Gallery and the artist community. Marazion to Mount's Bay Another long beach, with superb views of St Michael's Mount. Popular with wind and kite surfers. Cape Cornwall is the only cape in England, where two seas meet, the Atlantic and the English Channel. The Lizard The southerly point of mainland Britain. It has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, almost surrounded by the sea, and stunningly beautiful at any time of the year. The Coastal Footpath An ideal way to view many of the beaches and coves that cannot be reached any other way.
Ancient and Pre-historic The Merry Maidens Close to Tregiffian Farm is the Merry Maidens stone circle, reputedly dating from the Bronze Age, and probably used in pagan ceremonies. Pipers Stones The Pipers are the largest standing stones in Penwith, the tallest being 16 feet, and are very close to the Merry Maidens. Chyauster and Carn Euny are the remains of ancient settlements, circular covered huts with courtyards, built on hills with commanding views over the countryside. Lanyon Quoit One of many quoits in the West Penwith area, Lanyon Quoit is easy to access from the road. |

B&B Location

We recommend you follow a route to Penzance using the A30. From Penzance, keeping the sea and harbour immediately to your left, follow the signs to Newlyn, then take the B3315 (up the long hill) for approx. 5.5 miles.
Tregiffian Farm will be on the left hand side of the road - there is a sign on the hedge at the end of the lane.
If you have any difficulty locating us, please don’t hesitate to call for further directions.
