Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Maple Lodge caters for the whole family. We have a ground floor double ensuite bedroom and so our accommodation suits senior citizens and the partially disabled as well as mum, dad and the children.

We have a no smoking policy at Maple Lodge and so we ask our guests to respect this and smoke outside.

We are proud of the quality and comfort we offer to our many visitors throughout the year.

Among the ensuite bedrooms we have a double ground floor ensuite bedroom which is marvellous for the older visitors or for those who are partially disabled. Our family ensuite bedrooms offer large accommodation sleeping up to four people in double and twin beds.

Skegness Attractions

 
Our friendly Skegness guest house is ideally situated in the Seacroft area and is just a 5 minute walk walk from the town centre, the famous Clock Tower, sea front and beaches and all of the towns attractions.

 

B&B Location
 
From the South

From Cambridge take the A14 for approximately 17 miles. At exit 13 the road name changes to the A1(M) continue along here for 12 miles. Take exit 17 and then right (A1139 Fletton Parkway) towards Peterborough, A47 and Wisbech. Keep left and at the roundabout take the first exit (A1260 Nene Parkway) follow this for approximately 2 miles. At the roundabout take the fourth exit onto the ramp, merge onto the A47 (Soke Parkway) for 4 miles.The famous Skegness Clock Tower At the roundabout take second exit (A47) for 1 mile. At next roundabout take the second exit (A47 Eye Road) for approximately 1 mile. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A1073 (Crowland Road) follow this for 12 miles. At the roundabout take the third exit (A16) towards Boston. Follow this road for 16 miles until you reach Boston. You will now see The Spirit of Endeavour pub on your right. At this roundabout and the next go straight over until you come to the next roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A16 dual carriage way (John Adams Way) and follow this round to the next roundabout. Take the third exit (A16, signposted Skegness) and follow to the mini roundabout. Turn right onto the A52. Follow the A52 for approximately 20 miles into Skegness. When you reach the town centre you will come to a one way system with the Ford garage in front of you. Follow this round and take the exit into Lumley Road (High Street shopping area) Driving with the shops on your left and right you will see Skegness Clock Tower (Pictured) in front of you. Immediately before you reach the Clock Tower you will see a turning on your right called Drummond Road. Turn down here and Maple Lodge is approximately 400m on your left.
