Bed and Breakfast Description
Meadow View is a modern bungalow situated in rural surroundings just four miles from Ballymena town centre. There are two rooms available, one double room and also a family room. As well as having the comfort of the bedrooms Meadow View also provides guests with their very own sitting room, the ideal place to relax after your days activities. The dining room is where we offer our guests the finest home cooked food. This includes a traditional Ulster Fry that will keep you going all day long.



Local Attractions
Meadow view is situated in the centre of County Antrim which makes it perfect for you to make day trips to many world famous tourist attractions. Set just outside Ballymena our bed and breakfast is roughly 30 miles away from the North coast which is home to 'The Giant's Causeway'. A wonderful sight steeped in Irish myth, The Giant's Causeway is a natural rock formation on the North Antrim coast near to the seaside town of Portrush. There is a great walk which takes you around all the formations which go right into the Irish Sea. The Glens run down the East Coast of Antrim and are one of the most beautiful areas of natural landscape in the world. With the closest being Glenariff at around 10 miles from Ballymena the Glens are a wonderful way to spend the day walking in serene, picturesque woods. As with anywhere in Ireland you are able to stop anywhere along the way for a traditional Irish meal or a drink in one of the many local pubs. There are two local golf courses in Ballymena: Galgorm Golf Course and Ballymena Golf Course these course are each within 15 minutes drive of our bed and breakfast. There are also a wealth of other golf courses easily within driving distance including Kilrea, Castledawson and the famous Royal Portrush golf course. As well as the Causeway and the Glens there are many other things which are within an hours drive from Meadow View, these include: The Bushmill's Brewery, the oldest whiskey distillery in the world. Belfast, the capital, great shopping and many other attractions. Ballycastle, one of the many small seaside towns with great beaches.

At Larne Road Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto M2 heading to Coleraine/Broughshane/Carnlough/Cushendall/Ballycastle
