Bed and Breakfast Description
All Seasons is a double-fronted Victorian red brick property located approximately 10 minutes from Belfast City centre. All Seasons is an ideal base for visitors on business or pleasure. At All Seasons we pride ourselves on our friendly helpful staff who are eager to make your stay comfortable and pleasurable. Our aim is to offer first class service to all our guests whether personal or business and endeavour to meet any special requests at all times in ALL SEASONS. All Seasons offers spacious ensuite accommodation which has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. All guest rooms have been decorated to an individual style and have ensuite, television and hospitality tray. Accommodation includes single, double, triple and family rooms at very attractive rates. Ground floor accommodation, easy access and facilities for disabled guests (Northern Ireland Tourist Board Approved).



Local Attractions
All Seasons is located on the thriving Lisburn Road, offering easy access to the main entertainment venues such as the King's Hall, Waterfront Hall, Odyssey Arena and Belfast Opera House. There are many local restaurants, pubs and cafes to cater for every taste, as well as a wide selection of shops including 'up market' boutiques. All Seasons offers easy access to: A regular and frequent bus service. Taxi service. Bus & Coach Stations, Rail Stations, Motorways, Ferry terminals and Airports. Belfast City Centre, Queen's University, Public Records Office and Balmoral Show Grounds. City Hospital, Musgrave Park Hospital and City Hospital.

Directions from M1 Motorway:-

-Leave the motorway by junction 2. Follow signs for Balmoral and King's Hall - third exit off roundabout. Continue to the second set of traffic lights situated at the flyover and turn left towards City Centre.
-You will now be on the Lisburn Road. Move to the right hand lane and continue along this road past two sets of traffic lights.
-All Seasons is located on the right hand side just past the Bank of Ireland (look out for our sign).

Directions from M2 Motorway:-
-To avoid City Centre traffic, continue to the end of the motorway following signs for Westlink and M1. Continue on the Westlink and first section of the M1. Leave the motorway by Junction 2.
-Follow signs for Balmoral and King's Hall - first exit off roundabout. Continue to the second set of traffic lights situated at the flyover and turn left towards City Centre.
-You will now be on the Lisburn Road. Move to the right hand lane and continue along this road past two sets of traffic lights.
-All Seasons is located on the right hand side just past the Bank of Ireland (look out for our sign).

Directions from City Centre:-
-From Donegall Square South, turn left into Bedford Street and Dublin Road leading to Shaftesbury Square. Continue straight on at the traffic lights (look out for a large advertising video screen above the Northern Bank building).
-Next move immediately into right lane approaching the next set of traffic lights. Turn right on the filter into the Lisburn Road. Continue along the Lisburn Road past Tesco and the Police Service building.
-All Seasons is on the left approximately 150 metres from the pedestrain lights (look out for our sign).

Directions from City Centre by Bus:-
-Bus Routes 9a & 9b boarded at stop opposite Europa Hotel and Bus Station. All Seasons is on the left 150 metres past the pedestrain lights after the Police Service building.
