Lugo Rock is a quality bed and breakfast in Falmouth, Cornwall. Owners Jeff and Pam Faulkner and their staff will make sure your holiday in Falmouth is one to remember. Our bed and breakfast rooms are pet-friendly and we take dogs by arrangement.
All our bed and breakfast rooms are en-suite with a shower. We also offer a guest lounge, sundeck, garden and breakfast room. We are licensed to serve alcohol and provide free WI-FI Internet access. We welcome children over 12 years.
Our accommodation in Falmouth comprises 12 rooms, all of which include central heating, colour television, hairdryer, radio-alarm clock and an information pack. Each room is en-suite with a shower. Our accommodation is non-smoking throughout the building.
We have accommodation to suit everyone. Choose between a traditionally decorated bedroom in the Old House and a more contemporary style in the new Carrick Roads Wing. We have two ground floor rooms for those who find stairs difficult, plus a two-bedroom family room ideal for those on holiday in Falmouth with friends or family.
The Carrick Roads bedrooms are good sized double and twin rooms with ensuite shower and comfortable beds with duvets- ideal for tired travellers or busy holiday makers.
Choose a traditional double or twin room in The Old House with a garden /partial sea view looking towards Gyllyngvase Beach and Swanpool.
All guests are personally welcomed and offered refreshments when they arrive.
Each room has a complementary tourist information pack (filled with suggestions for places to visit in Falmouth and Cornwall) and we display information about local events and activities.
We are licensed to serve alcohol and can offer a small selection of wines, spirits and bottled beers.
Guests are invited to use the lounge with TV, books and newspapers.
We can provide packed lunches for both business travellers and tourists.
We have free wireless Internet access for guests Breakfast is served from 8.00 AM.

From Truro take the A39 signposted Falmouth.
Keep on the A39 along Dracaena Avenue, sign posted Beaches, Station.
At the next roundabout take 2nd exit (still A39) onto Western Terrace.
At the next mini roundabout bear left onto Melvill Road signposted Station, Docks.
Lugo Rock is on the corner of Melvill Road and Gyllingvase Hill
Turn right onto Gyllingvase Hill
Entrance and car park is first right on Gyllingvase Hill
Stations are Falmouth Town and Falmouth Docks which is about 3 minutes after Falmouth Town.
Walking from Falmouth Falmouth Town, go down the ramp to towards the car park. At the bottom of the ramp follow the pavements round to the right onto Avenue Road. Go up the hill under the railway bridge to a junction. Turn right onto Melvill Road. After about 40 yards cross the road on to the left hand side. Lugo Rock is on the corner of Melvill Road and Gyllingvase Hill, Turn left down Gyllingvase and the entrance is first on the right.
