From the East (M4 J33) Leave the M4 at Junction 33 and take A4232. Leave A4232 at first exit signposted A4050 and Cardiff Wales Airport. At the large roundabout, Culverhouse Cross, take the fourth exit, the A48 signposted to Cowbridge. Pass through St. Nicholas and Bonvilston, and the Aubrey Arms. Half a mile further turn right at the sign to Welsh St. Donats. At the X-roads in Welsh St. Donats village (Bryn -y -Ddafad has brown signage from this point) take the first right. Drive through Heol-y-Mynydd and on leaving village proceed straight on (do not follow the road markings at this point which lead to the right). At the sign for Cartreglas do not turn right, drive straight ahead Bryn-y-Ddafad is signposted to the left shortly after this and is 400 yds ahead on the right.
From the West (M4 J34) Leave the M4 at Junction 34 and take the first exit off the roundabout signposted Llantrisant. Take the A4222 signposted to Cowbridge, as you approach the village of Ystradowen, the Trout Fishery is on your left followed by the Tudor Garage. Turn next left and follow the signs to Bordervale Plants (turn left along Sandy Lane). Follow lane past Bordervale Plants and Bwlch Gwyn Farm. After which the lane takes a sharp left hand bend, 400 yards ahead turn right down the narrow lane signposted to Bryn-y-Ddafad which is 400yards ahead on the right.
From Cowbridge At Cowbridge from the Eastgate end of the High Street turn left at the traffic lights and drive past the Comprehensive school and through the village of Aberthin. Approx ¼ mile ahead turn right to Welsh St. Donats. Proceed to the crossroads in the village and turn left. Drive straight ahead when leaving the village (do not turn to the right). At the sign for Cartreglas drive straight ahead. Bryn-y-Ddafad is signposted to the left shortly after this and is 400 yards ahead on the right.
