Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Our main bed and breakfast rooms are located within the lovingly converted stable block which is adjacent to the Old Brewhouse. This would have originally housed farm animals and latterly the dray horses which were used to distribute ale produced in the brewhouse.

The option is also available to stay in the Old Brewhouse and enjoy the experience of relaxing in a property constructed in the first part of the 18th century.

All rooms have ensuite shower & WC with TV, clock radio and tea & coffee making facilities as a minimum.

Within the Stable Block we have:
Tack Room - Double room
Cart Shed - Twin bedded room
Pigswill - Twin bedded room

In the Old Brewhouse: Double room with additional single bed and/or cot available.

Upon arrival we shall be pleased to offer you a welcoming tray of refreshment such as tea and delicious, locally baked, Lincolnshire Plumbread.

 

Woodhall Spa Attractions

 
Whatever your interests or activities we are sure that you will find plenty to enjoy whilst staying with us in this delightful part of Lincolnshire.

LINCOLN - Less than half an hour away is this historic city with its cathedral, castle and quaint streets and waterfront. Take it easy if you wish and forget about parking as buses to Lincoln pass our front door.

WOODHALL SPA - 4 miles away this charming town offers many restaurants, the National Golf Centre, a museum, the renowned Kinema in the Woods and plenty more.

METHERINGHAM AIRFIELD VISITOR CENTRE - This piece of history is less than 2 miles away and gives a fascinating insight into wartime Britain

GOLF - Within a short distance there are many golf courses to suit the most demanding of enthusiasts.

Stables Studio is on the B1191 in the village of Martin between Metheringham and Woodhall Spa, south of Lincoln. You will find us about 100m past the Royal Oak pub and 50m past the Post Office as you head east towards Woodhall Spa.
