Bed and Breakfast Description
Come and stay at our historic manor farmhouse on a traditional family farm set in a sheltered valley close to the sea. A delicious breakfast using local produce and our own free range eggs will set you ready for a day out exploring the delightful South Hams. The Master Bedroom 1 Double and 1 Single bed This room has a splendid suite of inlaid mahogany. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Towels are provided. The Bunk Room 1 Full Sized Bunk Bed This room is ideal for children. Towels are provided. Double Room 1 Double bed This room has tea and coffee making facilities. Towels are provided. Bathroom We have a shared bathroom comprising a power shower over the bath, toilet and basin. There is an additional toilet and basin on the half landing.



Local Attractions
South Devon is the perfect place to come and relax, we are just a short distance from a selection of beaches, spectacular coastal scenery and towns of Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth to explore. The South Hams has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The rolling hills, wooded valleys. picturesque villages and glorious coastline makes it a popular area for tourist to visit as there is always plenty to see and do all year round. The farmhouse is in an ideal location for exploring the South Hams, it is within easy driving distance of Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes and Dartmouth. A few minutes walk down the lane brings you to Frogmore creek and village, where small boats can be launched from the slipway. The estuary provides sheltered boating for smaller craft, and is ideal for sailing. The village also has an excellent Post Office, village shop & bakery producing their own fresh baked bread daily. The village also has a “local pub” with fine ales and good food.

By Car

Keynedon Barton is easily accessible by road, travelling into the South West via the A303 or the M5 join the A38 Devon Expressway at Exeter, take the Dartbridge exit signposted Totnes and Kingsbridge. When you get to the first set of traffic lights when you enter Totnes, turn right (signposted Kingsbridge) When you enter Kingsbridge take the A379 for Dartmouth. When in Frogmore take the road left signposted Sherford. We are the first on the left.

By Train

The nearest train station is Totnes, there is a bus service that runs every hour Monday to Friday from Totnes to Kingsbridge, and Kingsbridge to Dartmouth. The bus stops in Frogmore which is a 5 minute walk from Keynedon Barton.

By Plane

Air South West offers flights into Plymouth, alternatively Flybe offers flights into Exeter. The farm is about an hour from Plymouth and an hour and a half from Exeter.
