Bed and Breakfast Description

 

Set in one acre of landscaped gardens with a stream, pond and paddock but just a five minute drive to the quaint town of St Ives. Although dating from the 17th century, today this small hotel has been renovated to meet the needs of the modern visitor, all rooms have en suite shower and toilet, television and tea making facilities. The atmosphere of the hotel is friendly and inviting, the emphasis being on cheerful service and good value for money.

The hotel provides excellent cuisine from freshly cooked local produce.

Have a refreshing draught beer or maybe a bottle of ale from our collection of Local Cornish ales, or order a snack or lunch from our cosy bar.

 

St Ives Attractions

 
St Ives This popular resort has become a favourite for artists and one of its latest attractions is the new Tate Gallery with its collection of modern paintings and contemporary exhibits.
The town with its narrow cobbled streets has good shopping with high street names and speciality shops, a varied selection of restaurants, pubs and art galleries. The beaches are some of the best in Cornwall, from safe bathing for children in the harbour to surfing on the Atlantic rollers.

The hotel is situated in the country equidistant from the beautiful beaches of Carbis Bay and St. Ives, and there is a wealth of things to do and see. There are horse riding stables very close by, and the surrounding country is ideal for riding, The dramatic coastline is ideal for lovers of nature and walkers, The coast path between St Ives and Land's End provides spectacular views. And then there's golf.. which can be arranged at one of the nearby courses.

Cornwall is a beautiful but small county and most places can easily be reached.
