Atlantic Heights is a modern, newly refurbished townhouse, situated in a small private terrace with free parking, offering accommodation for the more discerning guests. As the address indicates, this guest house is situated on the seaward side of St. Ives, offering arguably the most magnificent views of the open Ocean, breathtaking coastal scenery and beyond. Due to its close proximity and open aspect, the view also affords uninterrupted views of the town, the Tate Gallery, the glorious Porthmeor beach, Godrevy lighthouse and the picturesque coastal Zennor walk/ path.
Atlantic Heights is a non-smoking guest house and not suitable for very young children or pets.
Mary and Sam guarantee you a warm welcome and comfortable stay whether you are visiting St. Ives for or a short break or a longer holiday.
The 4 bedrooms, (king size, 2 doubles and twin), are all furnished to the highest possible standard of modern comfort including:- Flat screen LCD TV, Digital TV receivers, Internet broadband connection, Tassimo coffee/tea machine, hairdryer, small fridge, Iron and Iron board, luxurious bed and high quality bed-linen. All en suites are equipped with either spa/whirlpool bath or very spacious showers, shaver point, complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels and bathrobes. Broadband Internet access now available in all rooms upon request.
Room 1 is very spacious with spectacular sea views, king size bed and a seating area. The ensuite is well equipped and pristine with a whirlpool bath and overhead power shower.
Room 2 is a light and airy luxurious twin, furnished to the highest standards, with a spacious ensuite shower room equipped with a power shower.
Room 3 is pristine, very comfortable with plenty of natural light. The ensuite is spacious and equipped with a power shower
