Bed and Breakfast Description

Merle and Keith offer extremely comfortable single or double accommodation with an outstanding English or continental breakfast which is served in their lovely lounge/dining room Your pleasantly furnished and brightly decorated bedroom has a colour TV/VCR, a radio/alarm, tea/coffee making equipment and of course, central heating. During your stay you will have exclusive access to either a modern shower-room, with power-shower, washbasin, toilet and electric shaver point or a full bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, washbasin and shaving point.

Local Attractions
The entrance to Coldland Woods is right opposite the property so that a wind-down stroll or brisk walk, before and/or after work, in a lovely woodland setting work is readily available. Olton Golf Club is to the rear of Acers B&B with a footpath to the club house at the bottom of the garden.

The National Exhibition Centre is within 10 minutes by car and half an hour by bus (from the end of the road).

Acers B&B is very conveniently situated with close access to the M42 and thus the country’s motorway network.

Both Solihull and Birmingham International train stations are close by giving convenient rail connections to Birmingham, Coventry, London etc.
