There is a beach nearby. We accept payment in cash. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. We have fishing opportunities nearby. Our establishment is gay friendly.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

A small, family run B&B, we provide the very best for the visitor at a reasonable cost. Guests will immediately feel welcome and relaxed in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

All of our rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished and all have ensuite shower rooms.

A hearty breakfast is served between 8-9am in our pretty dining room.

We are approx 25 meters from the lovely harbour and back beach and about 100 meters from the seafront. The town centre is a level 3min walk away. There are many lovely restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

 

Teignmouth Attractions

 
We are situated just yards from the harbour in the lovely, traditional seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon.

Old Salty House is situated just 25m from the harbour in the traditional Devon seaside town of Teignmouth.

Spend time on our lovely, safe, clean beach or explore the town with its many cafes, shops and excellent leisure facilities; including adventure golf, a traditional pier, bowling green, tennis courts and theatre.

 

B&B Location
 
From the M5 travelling south, where the motorway ends continue on the A38 (A380) towards Torquay.

After about 5 miles, where the road forks, take the left hand lanes towards Torquay - the A380.

Follow the A380 for about 3 miles and take the exit signposted B3192 Teignmouth. Stay on this road until you come down the steep hill into Teignmouth.

At the T-junction traffic lights turn left then immediately right, signposted 'Quay'. Take the 2nd left along Quay Road, continue to the T-junction, turn right. You are now on Northumberland Place. Continue as the road bears left, after about 30yds you will find Old Salty House on the left hand side, next to 'Keats House'.
