Bed and Breakfast Description
This is an attractive 19th Century house ideally situated for all amenities, close to the National Trust Riverside Park and within a short level walk of the unspoilt sea front and charming town centre. Local Attractions
A good selection of restaurants, pubs and hotels (open to non-residents) are in or close to the centre. The Heritage Coastal Path runs along the impressive red cliffs with magnificent sea views for walkers. Beautiful relaxing gardens are a feature of Sidmouth - the Connaught Gardens on the west side and the Blackmore Gardens close to the town centre. Sidmouth has much to offer in or out of season and is a good location for visiting a variety of local attractions.

From M5

Exit at Junction 30 (Granada Services), follow the A376 then the A3052 to Sidmouth approximately 10 miles. From the A3052 take the second turning signposted Sidmouth and continue towards the town centre. At the Radway Cinema turn left into Salcombe Road. We are about 80 yards along on the right.

From A30

Follow the A375 Sidmouth/Budleigh Salterton sign (the exit is near Honiton). On approaching Sidmouth Town Centre turn left opposite the Radway cinema, into Salcombe Road. We are about 80 yards along on the right.

From Lyme Regis

Take the A3052 westbound for approximately 17 miles. Towards the bottom of a steep hill approaching Sidford turn left to Sidmouth (opposite Garage). After 1.5 miles the road runs into Salcombe Road. We are the first guest house after the bridge on the left.
