There is a beach nearby. Our establishment is fitted with central heating throughout. All or some rooms have ensuite facilities. We have fishing opportunities nearby. Garden and/or patio area for guests Hairdryers are available in rooms or on request.
We're sorry, we do not accept pets. We have on-site parking. There are scenic walks in the surrounding area. Smoking is not permitted in the establishment. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have TV.

Bed and Breakfast Description

 

You can be sure of a warm welcome at Edenview. Our Eden project bed and breakfast is just one mile from the entrance to the world famous Eden project UK. The Eden branch line bus (Truronian T9) passes the top of our driveway every twenty five minutes commuting to and from the railway station and Eden.

All of our rooms are ensuite and include colour TV with digital Freeview, tea/coffee making facilities with refreshment basket, toiletries basket and fresh towels daily and not forgetting a typical but large cooked breakfast each morning.

Edenview bed and breakfast enjoys beautiful panoramic views of St Austell Bay and the surrounding countryside and is in a peaceful tranquil setting. The property is surrounded by three acres of safe playing for children and there's ample off-road parking.

Breakfast is served in our tastefully decorated conservatory which has views of St Austell Bay. We serve a typical (but large!) Full English breakfast freshly cooked for you. Guests may help themselves to Cereal and fruit juice while their hot drinks and food is served to the tables. A vegetarian option is also available. We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements although we would be pleased if you could advise us at the time of booking.
Highchairs are available.

 

St Austell Attractions

 
Nearby attractions include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, The China Clay Country museum formerly Wheal Martyn China Clay museum, historical fishing villages of Charlestown and Mevagissey not forgetting an abundance of golden sandy beaches.

Charlestown is a coastal town situated in the north-west corner of St Austell Bay on the south coast of Cornwall.

Wheal Martyn china clay museum is situated in a beautifully landscaped 26 acre site.

Lost Gardens of Heligan
The gardens, created mainly in the 19th century were one of the finest gardens in England.

Fishing
As well as miles of beautiful coastline near Edenview there are also many fresh water fishing lakes.

Mevagissey
Unspoilt fishing village with a colourful history of boat building and smuggling. which still retains its traditional character and nowadays has a selection of top quality pubs, restaurants and shops.
 

B&B Location
 
Edenview Bed and breakfast is situated only one mile from the entrance to the Eden project. At the end of the M5(Junction 31) you will have a choice to go towards Launceston(A30) or Plymouth(A38). The easiest access into Cornwall is via the M5/A30
