Our three letting rooms are situated quietly in the rear part of the house. All rooms are ensuite and have Freeview digital reception TV and tea & coffee making facilities. If you join us in the winter months, all rooms are centrally heated, separate from the main house. Guests have their own private entrance via our award-winning courtyard.
Our room names are inspired by the house’s history. 46 Bodmin Road is a large townhouse which was built for the rich industrialists of St. Austell circa 1820. The servant’s quarters have been thoughtfully renovated to provide our guests with a comfortable stay whilst retaining many of the original features.

Dining Room Breakfast is served in the bright, elegant dining room of the main house Chat to the other guests over a sumptuous cooked breakfast, using locally sourced produce whenever possible, whilst admiring the view over the Gover Valley
The Rear Courtyard Guests have their own private entrance through the fully enclosed, Mediterranean style courtyard. A picnic table is provided for guests' use Take time to enjoy the sun in quiet, sheltered surroundings, full of flowers in spring and summer. There is a private, off-road parking area at the front of the property, with 12 shallow steps leading to the front door.
